Louise Winslow Frick Randolph Notice

Randolph, Louise Winslow Frick

was born in 1934, the oldest daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Robert Denison Frick of Owings Mills, Maryland, and passed peacefully at her home in Scottsdale, AZ on November 7, 2013. She was 79 years old. Louise grew up in the Greenspring Valley, attended Calvert School (Class of 1946), Garrison Forest School (Class of 1952), Goucher College and eventually attended the Peabody Institute for study in voice. In 1957 she married George Frederick "Fritz" Randolph Sr. and they lived in Washington, DC where he was a legislative assistant for Senator Barry Goldwater in the late 1950's. In 1960 they moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where Fritz established his legal practice and Louise concentrated on her many volunteer activities. They had two children and were divorced in 1969. Louise then received her teaching degree from Arizona State University and later became a paralegal. She was active with the Arizona Burn Foundation and loved being involved with the children at Camp Courage. Her passion for music was legendary, especially the opera, and she sang often for her family. She will be forever remembered and greatly missed. Her youngest sister, Susan Frick von Maur, predeceased her. She is survived by her sister and dear friend, Catherine "Kittie" Frick Beyer of Washington DC; son George Randolph Jr, (Michele) of Gilbert, AZ, and daughter Leslie Randolph Cadby (Todd) of Phoenix AZ; grandchildren, Brittany Baarson (Scott), Ciera Randolph, Colton Randolph, Ryan Cadby, Jessica Cadby; nephews Denison and Winslow von Maur, nieces, Catherine Randall, Carroll Harris, and Ussher von Maur.
