Huey Phillip Landry, 84

Mr. Huey Phillip Landry, age 84 of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, May 15, 2014 in Mountain Home. He was born April 29, 1930 in Chackbay, Louisiana to Oliver and Lurline (Legendre) Landry. He was a resident of St. Bernard Parish for 48 years. He served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War, and retired from Chevron U.S.A. after 33 years of service. He was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church in Mountain Home.

Huey Phillip Landry is survived by his daughters; Linda (William) Landry Brandt of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Debra (Michael) Landry James of Gulf Port, Mississippi, grandchildren; Maxwell, Spencer, Kirk and Ingrid, a great grandson; Xavi Quinn Martinez, his brothers; Herbert Landry of Monroe, Louisiana and Carroll Landry of Monroe, Louisiana. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his beloved wife; Elizabeth (Angelo) Landry, a grandson; Alex, and a brother; Mervin Landry.

A Graveside Funeral service will be held Monday, May 19, 2014 at the St. Bernard Memorial Gardens in Chalmette, Louisiana. A Visitation will be held Saturday, May 17, 2014 from 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. at Roller Funeral Home in Mountain Home. A Vigil Service will be held at 12:00 P.M. Saturday at the Funeral Home.
