David Rankin Hogan, 79, Chandler, died Saturday, September 7, 2013 in Tyler. A memorial service is scheduled for 3:00 PM, Saturday, September 21, 2013 at The Lord's Refuge Full Gospel Church south of Chandler with Pastor Ray Alden officiating. Arrangements are with Chandler Memorial Funeral Home. David was born May 21, 1934 in Junction City, Kansas. He had lived in the Chandler area since 2004 and was formerly of Hawkins. He was a captain in the US Army Corps of Engineers and graduated from Texas A&M University with BS Degree in Electrical Engineering. He was a Baptist and a member of the Sons of the American Revolution and was retired from Rema Real Estate Management. Mr. Hogan is survived by his wife, Regina Hogan of Chandler, daughters; Deborah Bumpass of Lewisville, TX, Nancy Denise Graves and husband Stetson Roane of Aransas Pass, TX, Donna Crutsinger of Edmond, OK, Mary Joe McNeal and husband Jonathan of Woodville, TX, Winnie Wright and husband Danny of Buna, TX, Allona Hogan of Woodville, TX, brother, Thad Hogan and wife Patty of Dallas, TX, 10 Grandchildren and 5 Great- grandchildren.
