Dear Andrea & Family,

An old Raytheon friend came to visit me last weekend and brought Bart's obit. I was so saddened to learn of his passing. He was a remarkable person, much more so than I ever knew. He had a big personality and a big heart and I remember our fun times together with great fondness. I'm sure now that he and Bill are home together, they are having a great time getting reacquainted and sharing "remember whens" together. Again, I am so sorry for your loss and think of you so often.

Dear Andrea,

An old Raytheon friend came to visit me last weekend and brought Bart's obit. I was so saddened to learn of his passing, and my thoughts turn to you often. He was a remarkable person, much more so than I ever knew. He was such a big personality and embraced life with gusto. I hope he and Bill have become reacquainted and are sharing many "remember whens . . ." in the next realm. Again, my deepest sympathies go out to you and your family.

Bart and I were good friends at RIT. We lost touch over the years, but reconnected about a year ago via email. I regret we weren't able to meet face-to-face again. He was a good one! My heartfelt thoughts are with the family.

Dear Andrea and family,
Was so saddened to hear of Bart's passing. His is a legacy of all things good and decent. His accomplishments were many, but they were always tempered by his core values of loyalty and kindness and his family was paramont in his life. May the lifetime of memories you shared comfort you and yours at this difficult time. He and Fran are, once again, eternally "brothers" watching over us. ( They're trying to convince one another that each is in charge of the pledges) My deepest sympathy, Lorrie Canzano

As a brother I pledge under Bart. He was a real "Ball Buster" as we use to say. It made us all better brothers in the end. I am glad now that I got one more chance to see him in FL this last year. Sorry to see him pass. My deepest sympthy to all his family.

Andrea and Family
You have my deepest sympathy in the loss of Bart. I worked with Bart at Raytheon in the early years and was one of the guys in the Killington Ski House with Bart. I have fond memories of those days and the fun we all had. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers as you go through this difficult time.

Dear Andrea and Family,
Our hearts are broken at the news of Bart's passing. As a longtime DSD employee, I always enjoyed our association during numerous business discussions and the annual company meeting. While his presence always brought a sense of confidence and purpose, his emphasis on the family made us all feel a part of his family. We will miss him greatly. Please know you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers and will remain so.

Andrea,

So sorry to hear about this. Bart was the best. He always watched out for me when I was a little kid in Tillson. He put up a brave fight but nobody wins the fight he was in. Will see you Friday. If there is anything locally in Tillson that needs to be done prior to Friday, please feel free to call as I am here all week. My office is 845-658-9042 and cell is 845-389-8817.

Dear Andrea and Family,
I am so saddened to hear of Bart's passing. I have always enjoyed speaking with Bart and hearing his stories about his life and experiences both here at RIT and throughout his life. I know he loved you all completely. I remember seeing the fun that he had simply being with you at our ME banquet several years ago. Bart and you were the life of the party. Everyone talks about it to this day. You and Bart have touched so many lives, perhaps without even realising it. I mourn with you for your loss, and will cherish my fond memories and friendship with Bart. Please call upon us if there is anything we can do. Ed

I want to extend my condolences to Bart's family. He was a big part of the "fraternity family" at RIT. While a member of Sigma Pi his nickname was " Maverick", but he was a mentor to the younger brothers and a gentleman to all. My prayers are with all his family during this loss.

Andrea and family,

Although it has been over 20+ years since I would cut your grass in your old/new home at the time on Dartmouth Drive in Framingham, Bart and I would talk weekly when I was mowing your grass which I think at the time he was working out of the house. At one point the grass was growing so fast weekly that I just couldn't keep up with the grass cutting and I had to terminate the mowing on your home, so Bart said “So Your Firing Me” and we laughed and Bart was so good to me, he knew I was getting killed there and let me move on. Well I have to say it must have been about 18 months ago, I had to meet up with the developer (Chris) in your newest neighborhood. I was out on the street with the developer in front of your home going over what was to be done. Well out came this curious neighbor walking over to us wanting to see what is going on, mind you it's been a few years since Bart and I have seen each other. I looked at Bart and he looked at me and then we both realized who each other. Well we shook hands and Bart proceeded to tell me all the new house for his family and he told me what he did with that little company he started off with when I knew him on Dartmouth Drive. Then, all of a sudden Bart turns to the developer “Chris” pointing his finger at me and said, “THIS IS THE ONLY GUY THAT EVER FIRED ME”, well all three of us busted out laughing, Bart never forgot about the mowing I terminated on with him. Since then, I would run into Bart at the Columbus Hall when he could make it down for lunch and I would have a few laughs with him. Bart was one of those acquaintances in my life that stuck to me since the day I first meet him, he gave me a chance back when I was young and starting out in business. Reading about his passing touched me, a real great guy and he will never be forgotten!

Our deepest sympathy and prays go out to your family. Franny Venuto and all of us here at Franny's Landscape Company.
