TITCOMB Camilla L., 82 of Belmont, MA died August 31, 2013 at Mt. Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, MA. Daughter of the late Samuel and Lura (Smith) Titcomb of Augusta, ME and sister of the late Caldwell Titcomb of Auburndale, MA. Camilla attended local schools in Augusta, Abbot Academy (now part of Phillips Academy), Tufts University, earning a Masters in Education from Harvard University. A life-long Mathematics and Computer Science teacher at Beaver Country Day School in Newton, her passions were teaching and her students, choral singing, cruising in near and distant lands, her church, her beloved cats and the Boston Red Sox. She leaves her long-time friend Madelyn Armstrong of Malden, MA. Honoring her wishes, there will be no visiting hours or funeral and burial will be private in the Titcomb family plot in Augusta.
