Donald A. Wagner, 86, of Bradenton, FL, formerly of Sandusky, MI died on November 1, 2013. Donald was born on July 25, 1927 in Applegate, MI. He enlisted with the Coast Guard and the Army. Donald owned his own electrical contractors business, Wagner & Patten Electrical, Inc.Donald was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Deckerville and became Master of the Lodge in 1960. He then went on to become a member of the Shriner's in 1967 and served as Potentate of the Elf Khurafah Temple in Saginaw in 1985. He moved to Bradenton, FL in 2000. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Virginia; daughters, Debra Wagner, Deborah (Kirk) Ryckman, Pamela (Mike) Gibson, Kim Putnam and Susan (Brad) Houlihan; son Dennis (Suzie) Wagner; grandchildren, Vincent (Angie) Blank, Lindsey Blank, Kathy (Forest) Goyette, Jon (Mandy) Gibson; Karol (Ryan) Chappell, Lauren (Casey) Ballou, Brent Houlihan, Andrew Putnam and Jenny Putnam; brother in law, Gerald Holden along with several nieces. Preceded in death by his parents George & Marie Wagner his twin sister, Dorothy Choate and other sisiter Mary Jane Wagner. Donald was a loving husband, father, son, brother, grandfather and uncle. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
