Robert Bermudez, 65, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2014, in Brownsville TX.|
Mr. Bermudez served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years. He worked in Lackland Dining facility at LAFB. He loved the Dallas Cowboys, the San Antonio Spurs and the Texas Longhorns. He also loved to go fishing, hunting, dancing and playing pool.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Daria Bermudez; one sister Irene Hinojosa; 3 brothers Manuel; Juan Jr. and Enrique Bermudez.
Robert is survived by his spouse Rosalinda Molina; 1 son Roberto Bermudez Jr., 2 sisters Guadalupe B. Hinojosa (Gilberto) and Maria Reyes (Joe). 2 grandchildren, 1 niece; Esmeralda Luna (David) and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. today, Thursday Feb. 13, 2014, with a rosary at 7 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. at St. Luke Catholic Church on Friday, Feb. 14, 2014, with a committal service to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
Military Honors will be conducted by the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2035 Honor Guard.
