BURKE - Richard R. "Ickey" September 11, 2013; beloved husband of the late Lee Burke; devoted father of Rachael Burke, Patricia A. Burke and Michael (Tara) Burke; cherished grandfather of Joseph M. Farley and Katie L. Litwiniak; step-grandfather of Lilly; son of the late Albert J. and Catherine Burke; brother of Catherine Winger and the late Geraldine, Robert, Paul, Donald, Albert and Raymond Burke. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME, (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Saturday from 2-6 PM. Funeral service will immediately follow. Mr. Burke was a proud veteran of the Korean War, a 40 year employee of South Buffalo Railway and an active legion member of Post 63 Lackawanna for 45 years.
