BAUER - William A. March 25, 2013, beloved husband of the late Theresa (nee Ernst); dearest father of Susan (Thomas) Gajewski, Sandra (John) Radens, James (Pauline) Bauer and Carol (Andrew) Parker; loving grandfather of Gregory (Jessyca), Nicole (Gerald), Lesley (Seth), Elizabeth (Joseph), Corinne (late Derek Leszkowicz), Keith, Joseph (Sara) and Ashley; great-grandfather of Jacob and Alyssa; brother of Clarence (Verna Mae) Bauer and the late Anna Thompson, Agnes D'Arcy, Veronica Stahlka, Marion Korn, Lawrence and Albert Bauer; also survived by his sister-in-law Loretta Hunter and many loving nieces and nephews. The family will be present on Friday and Saturday 2-4 and 7-9 PM (No visitation on Easter Sunday) at the (Cleveland Hill Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 569 Cleveland Drive, where funeral services will be held on Monday at 9:15 AM and from St. Aloysius Gonzaga Church at 10 AM. Friends invited. If desired, memorials may be made to the Food Bank of W.N.Y., 91 Holt St., Buffalo, NY 14206. Mr. Bauer was a Navy Veteran of WW II, a longtime employee of S.M. Flickinger, a member and volunteer for the Food Bank of W.N.Y., an avid golfer, was a coach for various baseball organizations and loved German music and dancing to it with his wife.
