Timothy J. Ruzbacki, 68, of Seven Fields, formerly of Wexford, passed away Thursday afternoon at UPMC Passavant Cranberry Place, Cranberry Township.
Born in East Vandergrift on Feb. 16, 1946, he was the son of the late William and Stella Kaszubski Ruzbacki.
A graduate of Kiski High School, he then graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in finance, and he later earned his MBA at the University of Michigan. He also earned multiple degrees at several universities.
A huge sports fan, he followed the Big 10 and he and his family often traveled great distances to attend many sporting events.
Tim had been a corporate controller for NEP Supershooters in Pittsburgh, and had previously worked for 20 years at Union Switch and Signal, a division of American Standard.
He was a member of the St. Kilian Church, Cranberry Township.
Tim was the loving father of Allisyn Pascaralla and her husband, David, of Cranberry Township; the devoted "G-Pap" of Jack David, Nicholas Timothy and Grace Carren Pascaralla; the companion of Teresa Laret of Seven Fields; the brother of Jerome Ruzbacki and his wife, Loretta, of Surfside Beach, S.C.; and the stepbrother of Patricia Bettineschi and her husband, Gene, of Georgia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Renee Bober Ruzbacki, who he married on April 8, 1972, and who died on March 18, 2000.
Ruzbacki- The friends of Timothy J. Ruzbacki, who passed away Thursday, July 17, 2014, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars.
A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the St. Kilian Church at corner of Clark and Cherry streets, Mars, with Father Charles Bober, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Gertrude's Cemetery, Vandergrift.
