Lesinsky, Frank J.
Frank J. Lesinsky, age 90, of Stratford, died at his home on Wednesday, September 18, 2013. He was the husband of the late Margaret (Dapp) Lesinsky. Mr. Lesinsky was a World War II U.S. Marine Corps veteran and had been awarded a Purple Heart for his service as a Corporal in the Phillipines. He enjoyed crossword puzzles and watching game shows every day. Frank was an avid Yankees fan and loved to go fishing. Mr. Lesinsky had worked most of his life as a sales manager at F.H. Hannon Lumber and Supply Co. He is survived by his sister, Mary Toothill of Oxford; one daughter, Kathleen Cooper of California; two granddaughters, Jessica Clark and Rebecca Escober, both of California; two great-grandchildren, Mason Escober and Julia Escober, both of California; devoted caregivers, Kenneth Lesinsky of Milford and Vivienne Didion of Westville; and many nieces and nephews who loved him and will miss him greatly. Friends are invited to attend a graveside service with military honors on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at 11:00 am at St. John Cemetery, Stratford. Please visit to leave condolences online.
