Joe was also a gamer in pheasant hunting and trained his dogs to participate with him.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his loving children, Joseph V. DeFelice and his wife, Eileen of Trumbull, Karen DeFelice-During and her husband, William of Fairfield and David DeFelice and his wife, Catherine of Hockessin, DE. He will also be missed by his brothers, Anthony DeFelice of Florida and Victor DeFelice and his wife, Janet of Stamford; his sister, Eileen Gonza and her husband, Sal of Milford; his grandson, Dominic Joseph; and many nieces and nephews.
