DeFeo, Valentino S.
Valentino S. DeFeo, age 84, of Milford and formerly of FL for 14 years, beloved husband of Patricia Rideout Defeo for 58 years, died on Saturday, December 28. Mr. DeFeo was born in Bridgeport, CT on September 28, 1929 to the late Luigi and Sabata DeMaio DeFeo. He proudly served our country during the Korean Conflict in the US Army. He worked for 15 years at Sikorsky and over 30 years as a Mail Carrier for the United States Postal Service. He was a parishioner of the United Church of Christ in Devon. Mr. DeFeo enjoyed building and flying radio controlled airplanes and was a sports enthusiast. Survivors include his son, Louis DeFeo of Milford, three grandsons; Blake, Eric and Tyler DeFeo, a brother, Anthony DeFeo, sister, Florence Pagnozzi both of Bridgeport and several nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to greet the family on Friday, January 3rd from 4:00PM-7:00PM in the The Gregory F Doyle Funeral Home, 291 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 11:00AM in The United Church of Christ, 30 Ormond Street, Milford. Interment will be private.
