Carmela Trasatti

Carmela Trasatti Carmela R. Trasatti (nee Rappucci), of Crofton, died peacefully February 17. Carmela was born on December 18, 1933 in Marcus Hook, PA to Carmine and Rose (DeAngelis) Rappucci. She was preceded in death by her sister, Sister Rose Carmel Rappucci of the Sisters of Notre Dame; and two brothers, Ralph and Anthony Rappucci. Survivors include her husband, Vincent Philip Trasatti, Sr., whom she married on September 16, 1961; two brothers, Lou and Joseph Rappucci; daughter, Rose Carmel and her husband James Heim; six sons, Vincent Philip Jr. and his wife Karen, Andrew Frank and his wife Anita, Anthony James, Michael John and his wife Tami, Joseph Anthony and his wife Laura, and Gabriel Anthony; and 12 grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, February 20, at Beall Funeral Home,6512 NW Crain Hwy.(Rte. 3 South), Bowie and from 10 to 11 a.m., Thursday, February 21, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church,1800 Seton Dr., Crofton. An additional visitation will be held at Frank C. Videon Funeral Home,2001 Sproul Rd., Broomall, PA, from 11 a.m. to 12 noon.
