Charles Walter Cook "Charlie," died February 4 in Naples, Florida. He was born May 4, 1933 in Baltimore to the late Wm. Edgar Jr. and Eva Florida (Nee Suit), Charlie enjoyed singing and dancing, and especially the company of his friends. Serving in the U.S. Navy for over seven years, he also worked for Pepsi Cola, followed by Mrs. Ihrie's Potato Chips until retirement. He was preceded in death by four brothers and five sisters. Charlie is survived by his wife, Gloria M. Cook; their four sons, Steven M. of Gibson Island, Gary C. of Virginia Beach, Mark E. of Florida, and Bruce A. and wife, Debbie, of Pasadena; and his grandchildren, Melissa, Ashley, Patrick, and Jessica. A private memorial service will be held at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, in Crownsville.
