DOHERTY, GENEVA L. On Tuesday, October 16, 2012 of Rockville, formerly of Odenton, MD. Beloved wife of the late John F. Doherty, SGM, USA (Ret.). Mother of Steven J. Doherty and his wife Mary and Michael J. Doherty and his wife Dawn Deeks. Mrs. Doherty is also survived by her grandsons, Joseph M. Doherty and John P. Doherty.
Friends will be received at PUMPHREY'S COLONIAL FUNERAL HOME, 300 West Montgomery Avenue (Rte. 28, exit 6-A just off I-270), Rockville, MD on Sunday from 3 to 5 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 917 Montrose Road, Rockville, MD on Monday, October 22 at 10 AM. Interment will take place at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
