Michael Kozlowski

KOZLOWSKI, MICHAEL JOSEPH, 50, a 15-year resident of Arden on the Severn and previously of Crofton, died May 6, 2013, at BWMC in Glen Burnie, following a six month battle with cancer. He was born April 19, 1963 in Baltimore to the late John and Betty Kozlowski. After graduating from Old Mill High School, he attended Anne Arundel Community College, followed by UMBC, where he also played soccer. Michael worked at Nationwide Insurance as a Material Damage Quality Insurance Manager for 15 years. As a soccer coach for over 15 years, he especially enjoyed coaching both of his sons. He was a member of Our Lady of the Fields Catholic Church. Married in 1992, he is survived by his beloved wife, Michele Kozlowski. He is also survived by his two sons, Michael and Tanner Kozlowski. Michael was preceded in death by his brother, John Kozlowski Jr. A memorial gathering will be held from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, May 9, at Hardesty Funeral Home, 851 Annapolis Rd., Gambrills, MD 21054.
