Vivian Blayton
Vivian Blayton, 70, a resident of the Piney Orchard Community in Odenton, died September 4 at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis.
Vivian was born and raised in Betsy Layne, KY. She is the daughter of the late Luther and Beatrice Walters. She was a homemaker and also worked in the shipping industry during the 1960s in Newport News, VA. Following retirement she enjoyed serving as the head of the beautification committee for the community of Chestnut Point West in Piney Orchard.
She married the late William E. Blayton on November 30, 1963, and they resided in Millersville for 18 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Tanya Blayton Lanisek of Annapolis; and brothers, Roger Walters of Peoria, IL and Eugene Walters of Highlands, TX.
Family and friends may visit from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday, September 7, at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy., Severna Park.
Services and burial will be held in Newport News, VA.
