Bruce Lanier Williamson CAYCE, SC - Bruce Lanier Williamson, 66, of Cayce, SC, husband of Rolinda Rentz Williamson, passed away on Monday, April 29, 2013 at Lexington Medical Center. Friends and family may call at James A. Dyal Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 from 6 o'clock until 8 o'clock PM. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 2 o'clock PM at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. Burial will follow at St. Paul's Episcopal Church Cemetery in Hollywood. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to America , 5900 Core Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29406. Bruce was born on April 19, 1947 in Savannah, GA son of Lois Usher Williamson of Hollywood, SC and the late Lanier Williamson. Bruce was a Bio-Medical Engineer and a veteran of the United States Air Force. He loved dirt tract racing and spending time with the grandchildren. He was a member of New Covenant Church in West Columbia, SC. Surviving in addition to his wife Rolinda are: one son: Bruce L. Williamson, II (Serena); two daughters: Toni Lasher (Steve) and Tina Edwards (Kevin); eight grandchildren; one step-grandchild; two great-grandchildren; two sisters: Nancy Rickett (Eugene) and Janice Baldwin (Rick); one brother: Glen Williamson A memorial message may be written to the family by visiting our website at ARRANGEMENTS BY JAMES A.
