Victor received his Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois in '89. He was one of the top of his class, graduating with honors, and included on the coveted Bronze Tablet honoring the very top of the entire University that year, and displayed in the University's Main Library. Victor went on to graduate school at Columbia University in NYC, and studied Physiology and Cellular Biophysics, where he also received honors. He worked at Robert Bosch Corp. for 13 years in Chicago, including a three year assignment in Germany, working his way to Senior Patent Manager. In recent years he became the VP of Operations and State Chapter Leader in the Secular Party of America. Victor resided in Westchester IL and leaves behind his parents, a younger brother, and many loving friends and family. No service will be held. If you would like to share memories and leave condolences you may do so by signing the guestbook. Victor passed peacefully and will be missed deeply. "There's a sun that shines in; There's a world that stares out at me; And all I refuse to please. There's a sun that shines in; There's a world that stares out at me; And all I refuse, And all I'd ever use in me. There's a sun that shines in me." -- Billy Corgan
