Maynard Carleton who was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Jr. & Alma Virgil, brother, Robert III & stepmother, Edna passed July 18, 2011 at age 59. He is survived by: six children, Jasmine, Maynard II, Jordan, Kevin, Marcus & Ethan; six sisters, Janet Anderson, Alice Jean Williams, Shirley V. Colemon, Barbara Tipper (Thomas), Delores Norman & Jacquelyn "Jackie" Virgil; one aunt, Gussie Reed, six nieces, eight nephews, other great nieces & nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends. Friends may call Sunday, 6pm until time of service 7:30pm at Greater Liberty Baptist Church, 6209 Desmond. Interment Rest Haven Memorial Park. Arrangements by Thompson, Hall & Jordan Funeral Home.
