Terry Dale ERDMAN Obituary


Terry Dale Erdman, age 65, passed away January 24, 2014 in Naples, FL. Terry was born in Rough and Ready, PA to Guy and Olive Maurer Erdman. After graduating from Tri-Valley High School in Hegins, PA he went on to graduate from Penn State University and then received his MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. He served in the United States Army. Terry was an avid woodworker and was always ready for a good DIY project. He also loved boating and fishing. During his years of travelling the world for Procter and Gamble, Terry made it a habit to visit every Hard Rock Café he encountered. At last count he was nearing the 60 mark. Terry regularly attended Cornerstone United Methodist Church in Naples, FL and was a member of Williamsburg United Methodist Church in Williamsburg, OH. He was preceded in death by his father, Guy Erdman. Survivors include his loving wife of 45 years, Peggy Erdman of Bonita Springs, FL; mother, Olive Erdman of Myerstown, PA; daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Joe Bishman of Naples, FL; son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Jasmine Erdman of Mason, OH; brother and sister-in-law, Ronald and Melissa Erdman of Myerstown, PA; sister, June Erdman of Myerstown, PA; grandchildren, Noah and Ethan Erdman of Mason, OH and numerous other relatives and a host of friends. The family will receive friends Saturday, February 8, 2014 at the Williamsburg United Methodist Church, 330 Gay Street, Williamsburg, OH from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a Memorial Service beginning at 4:00 p.m. Donations in Terry's memory can be made to Williamsburg United Methodist Church, 330 Gay Street, Williamsburg, OH 45176 or Cornerstone United Methodist Church, 8200 Immokalee Road, Naples, FL 34119.
