Erald and his wife of 66 years, the former Delphine Santarelli, enjoyed traveling throughout the United States, returning to their favorite city of San Francisco several times. Erald was an avid boccie ball player, belonging to the Yatesville Boccie Club for many years. He also enjoyed bingo and the "Cashman Slot" at local casinos. However, he most enjoyed family gatherings.

Erald was a member of Ss. Peter and Paul Church, Plains Township.

In addition to his wife, Delphine, he is survived by his daughters, Barbara Barbacci and her husband, Robert, Dallas; Janice Canterini and her husband, Joseph, Plains Township; and Debra Raudenbush and her husband, Dean, White Haven; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
