Mr. Boyle was my Social Studies teacher in 5th and 6th grades. He was the most influential teacher of my elementary years and some of his phrases and colloquialisms are still used between those in his class I keep in touch with. I still recall his morning inspirational readings, such as the poem "In Flanders Field", when he was my homeroom teacher in 5th grade. He was emblematic of "the greatest generation".

My deepest sympathies to Jim, Mollie, Margy Lou, Bill, and all of your families. It was so nice to meet you at the funeral this morning.

Eternal rest and "Have a Happy" everafter Mr. Boyle.

I remember your Father as a kind and gentle man who always had a smile and a wave for all of us who lived and grew up on Division Street. Reading his obituary, there was so much I didn't know about him. I am in awe of his life well lived.

I am sending my prayers and healing thoughts to his children and their families.
