Cliff Williams, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away at the age of 86. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Peggy, and their daughter Meg (husband Bill). Cliff "Papa" was blessed with three grandchildren: Hali, Wesley and Holly.
Born and raised in Grass Valley, CA, he was a graduate of Grass Valley High School. He proudly served in the Army during the Korean War from 1950 to 1952. He worked for PG&E for 40 years and had enjoyed his retirement since 1989. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Richmond and served as Deacon, Trustee, and greeter at the Drive-in Service.
His great passions in life were his family, cars, collecting nutcrackers and the Washington Redskins. He will live on in the hearts and souls of those who had the honor of knowing him.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2014, at 1:30 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 3415 Barrett Avenue, Richmond, CA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Presbyterian Church Deacons or The Special Olympics of Northern California.
