John Dolchanczyk, Jr.

AGE: 81 • Deptford

John Dolchanczyk, Jr., of Deptford, formerly of the 2700 Block of N. Reese St., Philadelphia, on July 4, 2014. Aged 81 years.

A quiet, gentle, loving and very giving man, John never had a bad word to say about anyone. John was the happiest when he was fishing, which he did often and successfully. His prize catch -which was just one inch shy from breaking the NJ record - was a Bass he caught in Jennings Lake in Marlton which he proudly had mounted and kept on display at his home. When John wasn't fishing, he could be found doing his next favorite thing; playing golf. He loved antique cars, and enjoyed collecting baseball cards, coins and baseball hats. Prior to retirement he was employed in the quality control department of RCA, Moorestown for many years.

He is the beloved husband of Zenaida "Nedy" (nee de Villa Cabrera); devoted father of Terri Yager, Johnny, III, Victoria McDonough (Doug), Joey, Phillip (Cheryl) and Melissa Dolchanczyk; dear brother of Diane Bell (Les) and Raymond Dolchanczyk (Anne); loving grandfather of Joseph Jernigan, Cory Yager, Landon and Brandon and great grandfather of Madison and Isaiah.
