AGE: 92 • Bellmawr

Loretta F. Rutter (nee Stoner) of Bellmawr, NJ passed away on March 24, 2014 at the age of 91 years.


A good hearted and loving woman with a wonderful sense of humor, Loretta was devoted to her family. She loved to tend to her flower gardens, keep a warm and inviting home, and share articles with her family that she thought they would enjoy as she read the Courier Post from front to back.

Born and raised in Camden, Loretta was a resident of Bellmawr for 59 years and a longtime parishioner of Annunciation BVM Church. She was also involved in the Westville Grove VFW Ladies Auxiliary.


Beloved wife of the late, Melvin; devoted mother of Shirley and husband, Frank Parisi, Melvin "Joe" Rutter and wife, Diane, Harry "Bud" Rutter and wife, Pat, and Gary Rutter and wife, Sharon; loving grandmother of Teresa Parisi-Lusardi (Vito), Frank (Karen) Parisi, Michael (Anita) Parisi, Lori (John) McGlinchey, Shawn (Anne) Rutter, Jason (Nicole) Rutter, Tricia (Michael) Lippincott, Colleen (Jim) Carroll, Craig (Maureen) Rutter and Brandon Rutter; loving great grandmother of 20 and great-great grandmother of 3; also great grandmother of the late Nicholas J. Parisi; dear sister of Mary Chew, Theresa Umosella and the late, Luke Stoner.

Farewell Tribute

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Sunday, 6:30 - 9:00 PM and Monday morning 8:00 - 9:00 AM in the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter St., Woodbury. Mass at 10:00 AM at St. Joachim Parish at Annunciation BVM Church, 601 W. Browning Road, Bellmawr, NJ 08031. Interment New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to LARC School, 1089 Creek Road, Bellmawr, NJ 08031 or the Nicholas J. Parisi Scholarship Fund, 536 Roberts Avenue, Bellmawr, NJ 08031.
