Raymond P. Jordan, Jr., on June 17, 2013, of National Park. Age 82. Husband of the late Nancy A. Jordan (nee Clemmans). Father of Raymond P. III of Williamstown, Robert (Rossana) of National Park, Dianne L. Alestra (Joseph), Mullica Hill. Brother of Violet French (Roy), Dorothy Spade (John) and Loraine Young (Robert). Grandfather of Eli, Joshua, Nicholas and Timothy.
Ray worked in the Auto Body business as a frame specialist for P. Clark & Son's, Glassboro, Evergreen Auto Body in Woodbury and was the owner of Raymond P. Jordan Used Cars in Gloucester. Ray was a Korean War Army veteran. He was an extreme hobbyist and a "mechanical genius" who loved to tinker with things. He was known for his witty sense of humor. Ray considered himself to be a simple man who loved the shore, boating and fishing. He enjoyed vacationing in Florida with his family and friends. He is leaving behind many nieces and nephews. He loved his grandchildren and everybody loved him.
Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing Thursday 7pm to 9pm and Friday 9am to 10am at BOUCHER FUNERAL HOME, 1757 Delsea Drive, Deptford, NJ 08096.
