Osh attended Ohio State University where he played football. He was then drafted into the Army during WWII and stationed stateside at Fort Sill in Lawton, Oklahoma. Osh and his beloved wife moved to Evansville, Indiana in 1952. He retired from SIGECO as a lineman after 30 years of service.

Osh is survived by his son, Thomas Elliott Wolgamott (Carol), three grandchildren, Erin Leigh (Parrott) Hoots (Donnie), Tommy Elliott Wolgamott II and Matt Burke Wolgamott, step-grandchildren, Lisa Compton and April Meyer (Jason), step-great grandchildren, Zachary and Caleb Remke and Evelyn Meyer, sister-in-law, Margorie Wolgamott of Cambridge, Ohio, several nieces and nephews and many, many loving friends.
