Jack C. Coleman
Jack C. Coleman, 84 of Evansville passed away at 7:13 am, Friday, June 27, 2014 at Evansville Protestant Home.
Jack was born February 15, 1930 in Evansville the son of the late Arch and Cora Coleman and was a 1948 graduate of Bosse High School. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving in the Korean Conflict and was a member of VFW Post #1114. Jack retired from Evansville Printing Corporation where he had worked as a photo engraver. He was a member of Heritage Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon and was strong in his faith to the Lord. Jack enjoyed photography and Civil War History.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Ann (Armstrong) Coleman of Evansville, sons, Kent Coleman of Evansville and Mark Coleman of Whitehall, OH, grandchildren, Matthew, Martin and Jerrod Coleman and Kelli Greenley (Jason), brothers-in-law, sisters-in law and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 am, Monday, June 30, 2014 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel-A Family Tradition Funeral Home - 5330 Washington Avenue, Evansville with Pastor Maurice Melton officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 pm until 7 pm, Sunday, June 29, 2014 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel-A Family Tradition Funeral Home and again from 10 am until time of service at 11 am, Monday.
