Mark Steven Fellwock, 64, of Kuttawa, Ky., formerly of Newburgh, Ind., passed away at 1:32 p.m. Thursday, August 15, 2013, at Deaconess Hospice Care Center.
Mark was born October 7, 1948 in Evansville, the son of Clyde and Lillian (Robertson) Fellwock. He attended Evansville Lutheran School and was confirmed in his 8th year. Mark was a 1966 graduate of North High School and graduated from University of Evansville. He was veteran of the United States Marine Corp and served a year in Vietnam. Marked worked for Bucyrus Eerie prior to joining the Evansville Police Department where he served for 25 years and was a member of the FOP Lodge #73. He retired in 2007 to Barkley Lake where he enjoyed playing golf and relaxing on the porch with his friends and spending time with his beloved dog, MeishaAnn. He was a member of Mt. Zion Church in Kuttawa, Ky.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 22 years, Christal (Wooley) Fellwock, of Newburgh; sons, Aaron Fellwock (Misty) and Andrew Fellwock, both of Evansville, and Adam Fellwock, of Newburgh, Ind.; daughters, Lisa Deans, of Island, Ky., and Christina Deans-Holt, of Evansville, Ind.; brother, Timothy Fellwock, of Newburgh, Ind.; and grandchildren, Gabrielle Fellwock, Alexander Fellwock, Blake Deans, Jalyn Freels, Ember Holt, James Holt, and Journey Holt. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral Services will be held at noon Monday, August 19, 2013, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel - 5330 Washington Avenue, Evansville with Pastor Aaron Brown officiating. Entombment will be in Memorial Park Mausoleum.
Friends may call from 2 until 7 p.m. Sunday, August 18, 2013, at Boone Funeral Home - East Chapel and again from 10 a.m. until time of service at noon, Monday.
