Paschal High School and attended the University of Texas at Arlington from 1968 to 1971. He was a member of Wedgwood Baptist Church. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Tona Jo Harte, in 1998. After his injury, Mr. Fuller was an advocate for bullet-resistant glass in locomotives and sometimes counseled other people with spinal cord injuries. He also worked for Consultants in Cardiology, assisting patients with their appointment information. Survivors: Include aunts, an uncle, cousins, a number of friends and his cat, Wells.
