William Joseph Brezel Obituary
William Joseph Brezel, 68, was called to the Lord on Saturday, Aug. 3, 2013. Service: 10 a.m. Friday at Laurel Land Memorial Chapel. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Laurel Land Funeral Home. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Texas Girls Choir, 4449 Camp Bowie Blvd., Fort Worth, Texas 76107. Bill was born to the late Joseph George and Sarah Andrews Brezel, March 27, 1945, in Camden, N.J. He graduated from Sterling High School in 1963, and served in the U.S. Navy from 1963-1967. He served his last tour of duty on the USS Belle Grove (LSD 2) as a radioman, in Vietnam. Bill married Chari Ann Brezel in 1979, and they lived together in Fort Worth for the past 34 years. The family wishes to send a special thanks to the Community Hospice staff at James L. West, Dr. Abdlreza "Ab" Siadati, and all the other doctors and staff at Harris Downtown. Survivors: Wife, Chari Brezel of Fort Worth; children, Joseph Luis Brezel of Fort Worth and Nichole Marie Brezel of Dallas; sister, Lorraine M. Pospisil (Vsevolod) of Ottsville, Pa.; brother, Joseph G. Brezel Jr. of Magnolia, N.J.; and many other loving family members and friends.
