Jean, I had no idea this happened. What a shocker. You two were so much in love and did so much together in life together. I'm sure you are devastated. I'm so sorry. Perhaps our paths will cross at some point Jean. You take care. Pati Lipsey

Sad news... I probably haven't seen Henry since graduating with him from high school. Sounds like he took the good guy he was and really grew into someone wonderful. My thoughts with his family... celebrate the life that was his!

Respect, love, and gratitude for Hank's presence here on the Earth. His influence will live on in those he knew, loved, and taught. A well earned rest from a hard fought battle, I rejoice that you are now at His side and know only pain-free peace.
Condolences to each and every grieving heart
that he touched.

It was a pleasure to have your friendship for so many years. Thank you for your service to our country and our anesthesia profession. You were loved by many, and you will be missed. You fought a long and hard battle after your cancer diagnosis. Now you can rest in peace. We will meet again one day one the other side.

Hank was a great man and a kind man. His positive attitude and smile will always be with me.
He will be greatly missed by the many CRNA's he helped to educate.
Rest in peace my friend, see ya on the other side. :))
