1930 - 2013 Obituary Condolences
Harold D. Wibben of 1719 Pleasant Ave., St. Charles, IL passed away October 4, 2013, at home surrounded by family and loved ones. Harold was born, January 25, 1930, in Yankton, South Dakota into a family of eleven children. Served in the Army as a master sergeant during the Korean Conflict. He was a union sheetmetal worker for 14 years until he opened his own business Wibben Locksmith serving the Fox Valley into the summer of 2013. Married Irene Crump May 23, 1954 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He is survived by his loving wife Irene, Daughter DeAnn Miller (Ted McLaughin) and son Dean Wibben (Fla); sisters Adeline Jans and Lois Fystro; many loving nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as numerous friends. Visitation is Thursday October 10, 2013 at Yurs Funeral Home, 405 East Main St., St. Charles, IL from 4 to 8 P.M. Memorial Service Friday October 11, at Bethlehem Lutheran, 1145 Fifth Ave., St. Charles, IL. Visitation 10 A.M. in overflow room, then service at 11 A.M. followed by a luncheon at the church.
