Obituary Condolences

Joseph A. Dezonno of Round Lake Beach Joseph A. Dezonno, 48, passed away on Monday, Oct. 22, 2012. Joseph was born June 12th, 1964, in Elmhurst. He was a graduate of Arizona State University with a bachelor's of science and business management degree in 1986. Joe was the GM/training manager of the Gurnee, Golden Corral. He has been described by his friends and colleagues as, "instrumental in bringing dynamic change and ultimately the progressive turnaround of Gurnee operations. Everyone on his staff and his colleagues took notice of his exemplary professionalism, dedicated work ethic, personal integrity, unwavering loyalty, determination to succeed/compete, applied-knowledge, discipline, kindness, compassionate guidance and strategic resolve to cater his wealth of experience to the betterment of any situation or individual. Beyond his contributions, he was an exceptional soul whose memory will continue to inspire us all. Joseph Dezonno truly was a GODSEND to our organization. We will forever miss and HONOR you, Joe, as you rest in eternal peace." He is survived and cherished by his loving wife and best friend of 22 years, Tammy (nee Kochenberger); devoted and loving daughters, Amanda, JoAmber and Ashley; brothers, Anthony Dezonno, David Dezonno and Richard Dezonno; mother, Sonja (nee Sturgeon); loved as a son by his in-laws, Richard and Barbara Kochenberger; brother-in-law of James Kochenberger and Kurt Kochenberger; and a beloved uncle of many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph A. Dezonno. Visitation will be Saturday, Oct 27, at Marsh Funeral Home, 305 N.
