HAMPTON - Frank Aloysius Kapshuck, 86, returned Home on Wednesday, September 18, 2013. He was born in New Jersey to Ukrainian immigrants. He spent his boyhood in Pennsylvania before joining the U.S. Army Air Corp, later the U.S. Air Force. A Korean and World War II veteran, he also served in the USAF Reserve during the Vietnam War. After retirement, he worked for the post office. A devoted family man, he is survived by his wife Marie Kimiko, daughters Marie L. and Frances Baxter (Dennis), grandson Sean, sister Lucy Kiel, brother Kasmir, and many nieces and nephews worldwide. He is predeceased by sisters Mary, Stella and Josephine. A private family celebration of his life will be held later. Memorial donations can be made to The , 6350 Center Dr, Norfolk, VA
