Tony,
Sorry to hear of your dad's passing. From what I read about him, he was part of our very important history going into space yet one of his true sources of happiness was his family. His life must have left quite an impression on those around him.

I was not able to make it home for the service today as I am busy in school. I will always remember my grandfather in very high regard for everything he has ever taught me. He will be in my thoughts in addition to the rest of my family through this time of remeberance. I Love you all.

I did not know Jim Adams although I had met him through Helen, whom I knew very well. When I first heard about Jim before even meeting him, he seemed as a gift from God to Helen. I certainly noticed that they had a lovely family. My sympathy and prayers to you, Helen, and to all your children.
