Armand M. Kaplan passed away on Saturday, Aug. 9, 2014 in Boynton Beach, FL. Born in New York City, NY, Armand resided in Morristown, NJ before moving to Boynton Beach, FL 23 years ago. Armand proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII, for which he was awarded the Purple Heart. He earned his B.S. degree from New York University. Armand was President/Owner of Ameray Corporation in Randolph, NJ. Armand was a member of Temple B'Nai Or in Morristown, NJ and the NAA.

Armand is survived by his devoted children, Nancey McCann and her husband, Brian of Reston, VA, Steven Kaplan and his wife, Barbara, of Long Valley, NJ, and Scott Kaplan and his wife, Andrea of Basking Ridge, NJ. He is also survived by his adored grandchildren, Brian Kaplan, Katie Kaplan, Tyler Kaplan, Jordan Kaplan, Brendan Kaplan, Ryan McCann, Jalen Kaplan, and Devin Kaplan; as well as his beloved sister, Marilyn Manassee, of Denver, CO; and cherished nieces and nephew, Joann Dawe, Beth Grace, Terry Manassee, Linda Buell, Jackie Montgomery, and Mark Manassee. Armand was predeceased by his loving wife, Fay, in 2010 and his beloved sister, Naomi Waxman.

A Funeral Service for Armand will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Temple B'Nai Or, 60 Overlook Road, Morristown, NJ. Interment will follow at Beth Israel Cemetery, Cedar Knolls. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in memory of Armand can be made to Temple B'Nai Or, 60 Overlook Road, Morristown, NJ 07960, or visit In Memoriam.
