Potts, Juanita Eloene "Pat" COLLEYVILLE -- Juanita Eloene "Pat" Potts passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 1, 2013. Graveside service: 11 a.m. Saturday at Oakwood Cemetery, 2124 S. 5th St., Waco, 76706. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Association For Independent Living (AFIL), 2826 Storey Lane, Dallas, Texas 75220. Pat was born in Brady, TX on July 24, 1931 to Sleeda Eloene Briley and William Buryman Wright. She graduated from Gatesville High School, North Texas State University in Denton, and received her Masters degree from SMU. She taught school as an elementary teacher and a language therapist for 41 years. Survivors: She is survived by her daughters, Julie Potts Evatt and her husband, Tracy, of Colleyville, and Amy Potts Branson and her husband, David, also of Colleyville; grandchildren, Matthew Evatt and Daniel Evatt and David Branson and Emily Branson; and cousin, Susan Perkins and husband, Bill, of Columbus, Georgia.
