Cassidy, Mary Munger Faulkner Mary, a fourth generation Dallasite, was born on November 27, 1930 and died on January 26, 2014. She graduated from The Hockaday School, attended Wellesley College and the University of Texas, where she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma. In 1952 Mary married James Miles Faulkner, Jr., and five years after his unexpected death, married Clifton Wilson Cassidy, Jr. She was preceded in death by her son, John Stuart Anthony Faulkner, and is survived by her children, Matney Neatherlin and husband Kenneth, Louise Kemp and husband John, James M. Faulkner III, daughter-in-law Heather Kearney and husband Wayne, and 10 grandchildren. Mary was a member of the Dallas Junior League, the Dallas Woman's Club, a founding member of the Crystal Charity Ball committee, a past Trustee of The Hockaday School and the Dallas Art Museum, The Dallas Shakespeare Club and The Founders Garden Club. A memorial service will be held at 4:30pm, Friday, January 31, 2014 at Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church, 8011 Douglas Ave., Dallas, TX 75225.
