Pressly, Thomas (Tom) Lynn Thomas (Tom) Lynn Pressly, of Highland Village, Texas passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, November 1, 2013 after a courageous battle with Renal Cell Carcinoma Cancer. Tom was born in Houston, Texas on March 20, 1953. He was preceded in death by his father, Thompson Pressly. Tom is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Jan Nicholas Pressly of Highland Village, TX; son, Ryan Pressly of Highland Village, TX; mother, Juanita Pressly of Irving, TX; brother, Greg Pressly of Plano, TX; aunts, Marjorie Coffey of Houston, TX and Nancy Jordan of The Woodlands, TX; numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins. Tom was a graduate of Nimitz High School in Irving, TX and Arizona State University. He was employed by Aid Electronics for over 20 years. Tom enjoyed playing golf and spending time with his good friends Martin, Steve, Art, Chuck, Paul, Jim, and countless others. Tom's greatest passion was watching his son Ryan play baseball. His proudest moment came earlier this year as Tom and Jan attended and watched Ryan pitch in one of his first MLB games for the Minnesota Twins. Tom continued to watch Ryan successfully complete his first Major League season with the Twins, fulfilling one of his lifelong dreams for his son.
