He made a clock for every room in his home, and kept them chiming every hour. Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Bess Margaret Kilman, daughter, Rebecca Ann Houston, and brother, Donald Ray Kilman. He is survived and remembered by his daughter and son-law-, Katherine and David Maguire, brother John Kilman, and grandchildren Rachel and Daniel Maguire.
