WARNER, David F. 89, a lifetime resident of Brookville, passed away December 31, 2013. He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia; sons, David and Dwain and granddaughter, Amber. David was a graduate of Ohio State University. He loved OSU sports, the Cincinnati Reds and Sunday breakfast at the VFW. David was a veteran of WWII where he served in the South Pacific. He was also an engineer at Ledex for 46 years. Survived by children, Dawn (Earl) Sonnenberg and Marcia (Kendall) Clack; grandchildren, Dwain Warner, Mark (Leah) Murka, Adam Murka and Angela Csaszar; brothers, Emerson and Norman (Phyllis). Special Thanks to Rosemary Taylor of First Light Home Care and to the employees at Hospice of Dayton. Visitation 2:00 - 4:00 pm, Saturday, Jan. 4 GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE. Private interment to be held at a later date.
