GRAHAM, Rev. Earnest Howard age 83, of Trotwood, departed this life June 27, 2013 at Mary Scott Nursing Center. Born December 13, 1929 in Cherryville, NC to the late James Graham and Mary (Bell) Graham Barnes and a resident of Dayton since 1955. He retired from General Motors after 37 years of service. He was called to the ministry in 1990 and served as an associate pastor at Mt. Hebron Baptist Church. Earnest was a longtime member of the Paramount Quartet. Preceded in death by his sons, Earnest "Buster" and Maurice Graham and nine siblings. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 46 years, Dorothy M.; son, Kenneth A. (Tonya) Graham; brother, Joe Louis Graham; sisters, Dorothy Starr and Mary Sue (Alonzo) Cannon; sister-in-law, Velma Perry; 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held 11 am Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at St. Luke M.B. Church, 2262 N. Gettysburg Ave. Rev. Sylvester Walker officiating. Interment Jeffersonview Cemetery. Visitation from 9 to 11 am. Family will receive friends from 10 to 11 am. Arrangements entrusted to the House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 N.
