News Death Notice
MYGATT, Mary Louise Mary Louise Mygatt of Miamisburg, Ohio passed away on December 18, 2013. Mary Lou was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 10, 1935 to Josephine Kelch Mygatt and Paul Edward Mygatt, Sr. who preceded her in death. She is survived by her Sister, JoAnne Stinson and husband Jerry of Miamisburg, Ohio and Brother Paul E. Mygatt, Jr. (Pete) and wife Vicki of Centerville, Ohio. Aunt Sissy to niece Mary Jo Weihrauch and husband Mark Widman of Rochester, New York, nephew David Weihrauch and wife Sandy and step-daughter Amy Smith of Oxford, Ohio, and Jacob Mygatt-wife Mackenzie, Joshua Mygatt-wife Kelsey and Rebekah Mygatt-Flores-husband Eber. Also surviving are many Bicknell, Mygatt and Kelch cousins. Mary Lou graduated from Miamisburg High School in 1953 and spent 36 years working in the dental field as secretary to Drs. Thomas J. Thomas and James A. Budde. She retired in 2001 after twelve years as secretary to Attorney Lawrence J. Greger. She was a member of St. Jacobs Lutheran Church, the Mound Ladies Golf League and a 50 year member of Kappa Delta Phi Sorority. An avid golfer, she enjoyed many years of golf vacations on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina and Fort Meyers, Florida plus many rounds with her friends at the Mound. She was also a great fan of the Ohio State University, Duke University, Notre Dame, the Reds and Bengals. Her greatest joy in life was being there for her nieces and nephews to help them achieve their life goals. At her request, a memorial service will be for family only.
