Albert Dozier Jr.

Age 76, of New Castle, Delaware departed this life on May 5th, 2013. Al as he was known, was a veteran of the U.S Air Force.

Al was employed with the Elizabeth Board of Education as a Aquatic Director where he retired.

A member of The Pride Of Elizabeth Elks Lodge #1117 of Elizabeth, NJ, he relocated to to New Castle Delaware and became a member of the Brother's 6.

He leaves to cherish loving memories, his beloved wife Paula, 2 Daughters Brenda (Calvin) Cummings and Romona (Max) Terrell, 3 Grandchildren, 1 GreatGrand-Daughter and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 from 5 to 7 pm at the I.L.A. Hall 200 So. Claymont Street Wilmington, Delaware 19801.

A Celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at 1 pm at the Mt. Teman AME Church 160 Madison Avenue Elizabeth, NJ. Visitation 12 pm until time of services. Arrangements are in the loving care of the Nesbitt Funeral Home 165 Madison Avenue Elizabeth, NJ.

Al was a kind hearted human being. He was an asset to the communities in Elizabeth. Many young people learned how to swim because of Al. My heart is sadden, yet there will always be pleasant memories. Rest in Peace Al.
