Victor Tullio

AGE: 87 • formerly of Wilmington

Victor Tullio, 87, of Sun City West, AZ (formerly of Wilmington, DE) departed this life on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Hospice of Arizona. Born on May 29, 1927 in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Faust and Sarah Tullio. Victor was a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and obtained his doctorate in Chemistry from the University of Illinois. He served in the US Navy during WWII. Victor was a former member of the Brandywiners and other local musical and theater groups. He was employed by the DuPont Company until his retirement, following which he worked as a consultant for DuPont and Conoco.

He is survived by his children, Karen DiTullio-Ewell (Ronald) of Wilmington and Thomas Tullio (Debra) of Bear and his grandchildren, Nicholas, John and Michael Tullio of Henderson, Nevada. He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Elizabeth.
