Harman "Harm"

Penfield: Mar. 8, 1923 - Nov. 7, 2013. Peacefully passed away at 90 years young, with his family at his side. He leaves behind his wife of 65 years, Arvilla; sons, Scott (fiancee Marcy), Mark (Linda) and Ron (Deborah) Credit; grandchildren, Adam Credit, Brett (Disa) Pevear, Brooke Pevear, Amy (Matt) Bukowski, Emily Credit, Lisa & Barbara Giudice; his great-grandchildren, Chelsea (Chad) Collier, Morgan & Abi Pevear and Kinley Zaretsky; great-great-grandchild, Cayden Collier; as well as loving extended family and numerous friends.

Harm grew up in Avon and was a proud WWII Veteran serving in the South Pacific. Forty-five years ago, after retiring from Eastman Kodak Fire Dept., Harm and Arvilla started Harmco Fastener Company, growing the company from their basement into branches in Rochester and Buffalo. Harm and Arvilla traveled extensively, and enjoyed many happy years in Boynton Beach, FL with good friends.

Please join the family at the First Baptist Church of Penfield, 1862 Penfield Rd., Sunday, Nov. 17th at 1 PM for a Memorial Service, with reception immediately following. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers, and in memory of Harm, those wishing may contribute to the First Baptist Church, or Honor Flight Rochester, PO Box 23581, Rochester, NY 14692.
