1926 - 2013 Obituary Condolences
Dick passed away in November following a long illness. Born in Michigan, he grew up in Schenectady. He earned his B.S. in Forestry at Syracuse University. Dick began studying law at the University of Michigan. After finishing his first year, he transferred to Denver University to complete his Juris Doctor. Dick practiced law for more than 30 years, primarily for Phelps, Hall, Singer and Dunn. He was a member of the Board of Trustees of the Winter Park Recreational Association for 30 years. Dick loved skiing, and enjoyed playing golf. He is survived by his wife Bernice, daughter Jennifer, brother Bob (Mary Jane) Hall, sister Mary (Bob) Turner, numerous nieces and nephews, and good friends. There was cremation. As per Dick's request no services were held. Memorial donations may be made to the National Sports Center for the Disabled, 1801 Mile High Stadium Circle, #1500, Denver, CO 80204-1780; or to the of Colorado, 5600 Greenwood Plaza Blvd., Greenwood Village, CO 80111.
